"We have achieved design quality with optimized product"
Stefan S. (Serval Global Design's CEO)
Freshness of design
During the design cycle, one of the main goals was to create a fresh interior design that would be technologically advanced, fresh and attractive at the same time.
Improved design
The new improved design of interior and all elements
Improved Recognizability
Special identity of the product line and company was developed
Reduced production cycle
Done with proper purchase management and technology optimization
Innovation in design
As part of the limited conditions in terms of the current situation and the specifics of the technological procedures for the production of all elements of the interior (plastic, metal, glass, textile, wood), an innovative design was developed respecting the mentioned conditions.
"Technological innovation meets aesthetic innovation"
Serval Global Design
Improved Recognizability
The entire redesign was also aimed at improving visibility and the correct use of the brand's identity, even in a situation where more than 100 people are present into the vehicle. To this end, a unique pattern was developed, which is repeated on certain elements such as the seats, the climate control cover and the interior glass.
Design optimized down to the smallest detail
The optimization process took place holistically, from improvements in terms of design from industrial to pictogram design, to technological improvements, optimization of components quality and use.
THE RESULT
Comprehensively optimized product
The main imperative was to create a competitive global product based on superior innovations in design, use and features, taking into account the specifics of the product and the global use.
By using high-quality design and the right optimization decisions, an attractive and universal design is achieved that is easy to understand, unambiguous and clear.
All internal components are optimized, the time for assembly is reduced, and at the same time work is facilitated, assembly costs are reduced, and the number of unnecessary elements is reduced.
All this results in the reduction of time, elements and thus the total costs necessary for the production of such a complex product as an airport bus.
